My background consists of more than 20 years education and experience in: Brief Solution-Based Therapy, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Dream Analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Holistic Health Therapies including: Herbology, Aromatherapy, Vitamin and Mineral Therapy, Chakra Therapy & Hand Reflexology. With additional training in Meditation, Visualization, Assertiveness and Confidence Building.
I've also worked in the medical field, and graduated with honors from NEC. Born with a sponge for a brain, I'm always learning something! Currently I'm taking forensic classes and am also with the Univeristy of Sedona.
Why am I so "different"?
What makes me different is that I show people how to make lasting changes in their lives. I get them excited about life again! I'm very passionate about my path in life. It's my goal to help as many people climb up off the bottom of the barrel, to wake them out of their coma, to finally get them moving forward instead of spinning wheels in one place.
I've been where you're at now and know what it takes to get to a better place a lot quicker and easier than if you had to do this all by yourself. When I finally learned how to turn my life around I made a promise to myself that nobody would have to feel alone in their time of need or spend a fortune to find quality help.
Why else am I different?
If you're familiar with how other counselors work you've probably noticed that a lot of them can be very metaphysical and/or gentle as rose petal. Or, many counselors seem to not care or give text-book answers to your problems. That's not me. Although I'm incredibly kind and patient, I'm also honest and know what the client needs to get their life moving in the right direction. I'm the burning match that will set you on fire. Every client leaves with renewed feelings of hope, optimism, and a solid road map of where to go and how to get there. I provide the tools, you provide the action!
